Problem in Customs

For orders outside Europe there may be withholding customs.

If you receive an email notifying that the order has been held in customs, do not worry, we will help you out with this matter. Please contact our Customer Care Team providing the following information so that the order can be released:

Company name or personal name
Post address of the business or home address
ID (Identification Number)

Upon receipt of these data, our team will issue an invoice to be sent via email. The tracking number of the order will also be asked, it will be provided along with the invoice of the order.
