My order hasn't been delivered yet.

The order has not arrived yet:

If the order has not arrived, it can be due to different reasons.
Check the estimated delivery date of arrival and the status of the order in the user menu, this date is also located in the email confirmation of the order.
If the delivery date is greater than today, do not worry, everything is going as planned.


The order has not left the warehouse yet:

Once the order leaves our facilities, an email is sent with a link so you can track the parcel online.
In the event that the deadline has passed and the order has not yet arrived, please contact our Customer Care Team.


The order status is "In Process":

If the order status is "In Process", this means it is being prepared for it shipment. This state can last between 1-10 days depending on the purchase, if this period is exceeded please contact our Customer Care Team.
In this case, you will receive information as soon as possible. Check your email, you probably already have news from our team. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Once the order leaves our facilities, an email will be sent with a link so you can track the parcel online.


The order status is "Shipping":

This means you are about to receive the parcel. You'd have an email with the online tracking code of the shipping company. If you have not received this email, the information can also be found in the user menu of the website.
The order can be delivered between 8:00 h CEST and 20:00 h CEST Monday through Friday (except holidays).
