Missing parts of a product

We deeply regret the inconvenience.

In order for us to help resolve this issue, our Customer Care Team will need a brief description of the piece or pieces missing. Next to the instruction manual of the product, you can find the part numbers. Please let us know what part or parts number have been not received.

In this case we will try to contact the manufacturer or supplier in order for them to send the missing piece so you can fully enjoy the product as soon as possible. The time management of such incidence may vary between 10 to 20 days.
