Modify my order

You can modify the order as long as the package has not been sent yet. If it has already been sent, you can not modify it.
In order to do a modification, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the order number, the reference number of the product you want to add or remove and the number of units.
You will find the reference number of the product in the "Characteristics" section on the product file on our website. For example:
REFERENCE: 287429837928
When the Customer Care Team has received your request, the modification will be done and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please note that a modified order creates a new order number and estimated delivery date, do not worry, our team will provide these new data.


What happens when an order is modified and the resulting amount is less than the original?

If the amendment is to remove an item, our team will proceed to the refund the amount through the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within the legal deadline of maximum 14 calendar days.


What happens when an order is modified and the resulting amount is higher than the original?

If the request is to add a product, our team will do the modifcation and you will receive an email attaching the payment link for the payment requested. Once made such payment, the modification will be completed.
