Cancel my order

You can cancel an order at any time before it leaves our warehouse.
In order to do a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care Team to do your request it.
The amount paid for the order will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of registration of the cancellation.
