How do I know if my order has already been shipped?

You can check the status of an order by accessing to your customer account. If the order is listed as "Processing" the parcel is found in our facilities and is being prepared for shipment. Within this state it may last 3 to 4 days, if exceeded please contact our Customer Care Team.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent with a link with which you can start to track the package online.
If you have not received this email, you can contact our Customer Care Team and we will provide the data immediately.
