How long does it take to process a refund?

It should be noted that, depending on the selected shipping company, the package will take between 5 and 10 days to reach our facilities. Once it arrives, our team will take 10 days to make up all the necessary steps, so the return process can take up to 20 days.

Once the return is made, the result will be notified and we will proceed to do the corresponding refund.

We do not do replacements.
