Products may be returned in their original condition within a maximum period of 14 days following the delivery date.
The returned product must be in the original condition of the manufacturer, ie in the same box of origin or sealed, and inside another bag or box so that the shipping company does not affix labels on the product.
Any anomaly or defect in/on the package or product, could lead to the cancellation of the refund of the amount.
