I cannot access my account, what can I do?

In order to access our online store you will be asked to enter an e-mail and a password (indicated at the time of registration on the web). If you experience problems with the log in process, please verify that both are correct.

If the e-mail is correct and you still experience problems, we recommend you to reset your password. In order to do this, on the password box you will see the link "Forgot password?". E-mail will be requested in order to send the instructions to reset it.
